accepting invalid server security certificates in Android 4+

hi,

 

i have air app calls https script on a  server. have valid server security certificate on our live server, not on our development servers.

 

everything works fine on live server, android , ios.

 

on development servers, android 2.2/2.3, alert pops on device asking me accept invalid security certificate before can continue. fine.

 

with android 4 devices don't pop-up. fails , gives me actionscript 2032 stream error every time. however, same apk on older android 2.2/2.3 device still works.

 

air apps on ios have never been allowed call server scripts  without valid security certificates. raised issue in flash pre-release forum , told known issue. can confirm if case android 4 devices too?

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
