Embedding a single Nabble or Tumblr update frame for a CrossFit website.

hello everyone,

 

i buliding crossfit website client using adobe muse.  requesting area upload w. o. d. (workout of day) updated daily. 

 

i need external feature can use update information access "archive" of sorts post information.  ideally, frame small page-width content box. 

 

what best route go?  input appreciated.

i have small box slides bottom right of webpage asking if want participate in survey related site. i plan remove/modify survey pop cant find located in joomla control panel. i've searched modules on home page menu comes up, template index.php, extensions, plugins, modules cant find related it. where commonly located ? suggest go extensions>manage>manage , order on id descending. show extensions added joomla. id's >10000. must 1 of them! Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
