Forms creation with fillable info

i deal same set of forms everyday, different info.  have 5 forms "link together".  have repeat of same info on 5 forms (shipper name, delivery location, freight description, weights, id numbers, dates, etc...).  great if enter info once , have drop info in correct spaces on each form rather manually doing on each.  there way accomplish easily?  gather may need create "data base" page , have pull info across document string or populate in various drop down locations.  in advance!

are form fields in of these files named same (at least, those

that want populate same info)?

i have small box slides bottom right of webpage asking if want participate in survey related site. i plan remove/modify survey pop cant find located in joomla control panel. i've searched modules on home page menu comes up, template index.php, extensions, plugins, modules cant find related it. where commonly located ? suggest go extensions>manage>manage , order on id descending. show extensions added joomla. id's >10000. must 1 of them! Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
