Random URL in Joomla is still valid - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,

recently following seo advise found out strange urls still valid.
(remark: j!3.6.4, sef on , no other sef extensions, @ least think so)


all these open article id=34.
these urls creating no problems seo (till now), in opinion 2nd , 3rd should point 404 page.

it looks joomla truncates chars after valid id (in case 34), no matter have after that.
first char not numeral forcing joomla stop parsing , search id.

    http://www.example.com/341asasddd2,

will search article id=341 , produce 404 page, since id=341 not exist.
any opinions regarding behaviour?

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
