Blue is shown as black in RGB mode

hi,

for time - must admit, don't know anymore changed in system @ time - photoshop shows me pure blue color black. strangely enough in layer section small previews still show correct color , pipette still measures correct values. when save image , open example in firefox also  correctly shown.

 

i downgraded ati drivers (to 11-11_vista64_win7_64_dd.exe) , set photoshop default configuration (start ps while pressing shift+alt+ctrl) pure blue still shown black.

(gradient goes pure rgb yellow pure rgb blue respectively red blue; info-palette shows values of pipette hovering rgb 0|0|255)

 

 

my system:

win7 64bit

amd pcie radeon 7850 2gb sapphire

 

i hope has solution.

i have been having same issue jpeg files (also same issue green). it's lighter shades of blue or green black treatment. entire blue/green surface not turn black. it's 80% of surface, , other times it's 50% of surface. other photo editors (including photoshop elements 10 , corel paintshop x5) not change blue black, photoshop cs6.  workaround use adjustment photo filter. either warming or cooling return color blue or green should be. started happening month ago. don't know has changed cause this, annoying. surely appreciate fix issue.
