Exporting to Video Format

hello

 

i have flash files  [  12.5 sec in length  = 300 frames  ]

 

i have tried every export option not able optimal video

 

every time export : video length varies [ 20 , 21, 22 ... ]

bit rate varies

data rate varies

 

i tried changing key frame rate  [motion :  in quick time setting ]

key frames : every / / auto

 

 

please guide me optimal video

frame rates approximations , can vary.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
