How to fix issues in Id: unselectable tools

from 'edit original' adding stroke shape or centering text.

everything unusable. unable update link if edited in ps.

 

i've rebooted, started fresh document..etc.  still no use of tools allowed.

all other cs6 programs functioning highly.

 

help

i have small box slides bottom right of webpage asking if want participate in survey related site. i plan remove/modify survey pop cant find located in joomla control panel. i've searched modules on home page menu comes up, template index.php, extensions, plugins, modules cant find related it. where commonly located ? suggest go extensions>manage>manage , order on id descending. show extensions added joomla. id's >10000. must 1 of them! Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
