Install photoshop cs5 upgrade on windows 8

i have new computer running windows 8.  went account , dowloaded cs3, , installed it. tried download , install cs5 upgrade , not install.  unzip files, won't upgrade software. i'm guessing may have windows 8 "install administrator" irritation cannot figure out how install it's 2 files downloader.  cs3 save disc right clicked , selected "run administator". 

 

how can photoshop cs5 installed?

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
