Installer plugins missing - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i updated site 3.6.5 on december 11th, , has come attention there no functioning system installer plugins. when ftp site , compare site files full 3.6.5 package files, plugin files there, when go extensions > manage > install, following messages:
warning

no installation plugin has been enabled. @ least 1 must enabled able use installer. go plugin manager enable plugins.

and
joomla! extensions directory™ (jed) available install web on page. by selecting "add install web tab" below, agree jed terms of service , applicable third party license terms.

clicking on "add install web" button nothing. dead button.

clicking on plugin manager link in first message shows there no system installer plugins installed.

since there no system installer plugins installed, unable use system administrator install plugins. files there, system apparently doesn't recognize them.

any useful ideas?

first login joomla administrator. go extensions -> manage -> discover click discover button (left top) after few seconds should see 3 or 4 plugins names starting "installer - install ..." click checkbox or installer - install upload. click install button @ top have enable them. go extensions -> plugins , there find plugins "installer" name , next should enable them (!) that's all. can install joomla! extensions again

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi -- after after loading files of joomla 3.5 program, went site , tried open complete installation. got message: fatal error: require_once(): failed opening required '/homepages/37/d199794875/htdocs/gnustories/libraries/import.legacy.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php5.5') in /homepages/37/d199794875/htdocs/gnustories/includes/framework.php on line 15 ran fpa program. hope way make available here. http://gnustories.org/fpa-en.php winku your domain name seems not working - not showing fpa report php page holding page generated isp (1 & 1) the easier way generate report fpa script , copy reply of thread (that intended way done). suggest review instructions on generating report makes format suitable forum.
