new pad does have flash does the Ainol Nova play flash

hi daughter got ipad hristmans , doeasnt play flash wich means of subscribed websites starfall, barbie icanbe, fisher price,funschool, dance mat typing, apples 4 teacher, name few.  see list of tablets of them in list require 500-800$.  ainol nova 7 seems in right budget 5 year old have make sure flash work.
