Sound doesn't work with 11.6 Flashplayer

i have installed/uninstalled/reinstalled 11.6 quite few times, , can view videos, have lost sound.  use ie9 - do next?

sometimes video , audio problems caused @ lower level , not directly related flash player.  recommend trying both of links below see how perform.  if problem exists both, flash player not culprit html5 video link not use flash player when playing.  can verify use of html5 right clicking html5 video , looking words "about html5" @ bottom of context menu.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
