When I redact, lines appear in the document

running os 10.8, acrobat pro xi, 11.0.02.  mark redactions , when click apply, black boxes, have lines start top each cell contains redaction bottom left corner of page.  redactions needed redact sensitive material in form believe setup tables.  i've tried turning off/on different comments/annotations, still.  work around highlight need redaction , choose color black.  clicking on lines nothing.  not sure if need turn on/off or if it's form itself. 

 

any suggestions?

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
