Thread: initramfs errors (1) during dpkg or apt-get upgrade or install
whenever dpkg --configure -a or apt-get upgrade/install, initramfs error:

same.
(i have random hibernate errors, of time won't work, , in kubuntu have no shutdown button menus , must use terminal shutdown)
problem happened right after installed ubuntu 11.10 (desktop i386) unity; before installed gnome, kde, (and before lxde,xfce).
install fresh 11.10 install usb (i couldn't bothered upgrading 10.04lts , 1 doesn't past kubuntu loading screen after installed kubuntu-desktop).
computer samsung laptop r580.

almost else works fine, i'm using kubuntu now.code:fatal: no images have been defined.
