code and sign invoices electronically

i receive invoices in pdf format.  want open it, type in accounting code anywhere on invoice, electronically sign it, save , email our accounting department.  want change manual process of printing, coding in ink, signing in ink, scanning , emailing invoices.  want simple process can do.  has inexpensive manual process described above.  can inexpensive adobe product this?

do know if of invoices have security restrictions? if not, should able use adobe reader this. includes ability add text , signature , can flatten.
