Send file as email not working when Outlook 2013 is default mail client

have adobe reader xi 11.0.2 installed.  running windows 7 pro 64 bit office 2013 installed.  when set default e-mail application microsoft outlook preferences receive following error trying send file e-mail:

 

"either there no default mail client or current mail client cannot fulfill messaging request.  please run microsoft outlook , set default mail client."

i have toggled microsoft outlook 2013 off , on default e-mail handler in default programs of control panel, has not resolved issue.

 

i guessing may new bug since outlook 2013 came out, if not, , has fix, please let me know.

Joomal 3.6.3 update error - PHP temporary folder is not set - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
