Adobe Reader 11 not opening after updation

i using windows 7 home premium.  installed adobe reader xi. whether open program directly or double-click pdf document results same. briefly see blank reader application window, closes. uninstalled adobe , reinstalled changed register doing :

hkey_current_user\software\adobe\acrobat reader\11.0\privileged\bprotectedmode 1 0. still blank reader application window open, after few seconds closes.can tell me problem , solution is? thank you.

see if can find more information on crash in event viewer.

Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
