ColdFusion Builder 2 - a downgrade?!

i cannot believe how bad cfb2 is!  have been using cfb1 since beta , love it.  when cfb2 first released, installed trial , learned need revert cfb1.  installed cfb2 on client machine, more year later, hoping things better, , once again having uninstall!

 

here's wrong:

1. all of keyboard shortcuts use replaced more difficult key combinations , cannot customize them because there conflicts stuff don't use.  can live this, why?
2. find , replace within selelected text area not work!  unbelievable!  told me select text , knows search , replace selected text.  replaced occurances on page!
3. file search used display results in tree format list of occurrences under each.  invaluable , gone!  can either see tree or list.  that?!

i understand cfb3 in development.  listening?  there anywhere post complaints seen developers?  else experiencing these problems?

 

back cfb1  : (

i found cfb 2.0.1 pretty stable enough use. found cfb 1.0 of alpha quality, , cfb 2.0 public-beta-quality. product's history demonstration of shoddy work, , shoddy project management (i suspect former caused latter... i'm sure developers not have released such poor quality - seemingly unfinished - work if left them).

 

that said, of points not correct, i'm afraid.

 

1. you can unmap existing bindings, , remap them how want.
2. yes, does work. 1 glitch must localised search & replace on saved file. if file not saved, doesn't work, you're right. shoddy work on part of adobe, can work around it.
3. the file search output me same it's ever been (which seems default eclipse file search results format).

 

so think you're mistaken on 1, correct on 2 can worked around, , there's more meets eye 3, we're seeing 2 different things, seems.

 

can jing or of process use file search?
