Force Close on Macbook Pro, freshly downloaded

just downloaded premiere elements 11 apple app store , force closes each time try open it. there way fix this?

which version of osx using? how fast processor, how ram have , how free space on hard drive?

 

do have adobe cs software on computer?

 

have tried installing program using mac installation patch?

i have small box slides bottom right of webpage asking if want participate in survey related site. i plan remove/modify survey pop cant find located in joomla control panel. i've searched modules on home page menu comes up, template index.php, extensions, plugins, modules cant find related it. where commonly located ? suggest go extensions>manage>manage , order on id descending. show extensions added joomla. id's >10000. must 1 of them! Error when I try to record application simulation in Adobe Presenter 8

hello, have 30 day trial of adobe presenter 8 , subscription adobe captivate 6.  record application simulation within presenter, receive error after entering swf-name states captivate cannot started , check see if captivate configured run in administrator mode.
