Need help with Flash CS6 swf files

i have upgraded flash cs6 cs5.  problem whenever made swf movie, install html page upload doesnt show up.  didnt have problem cs5.  run in test , works on computer when upload it doesnt.  have uploaded script folder wouldnt seem problem.  dont know going wrong.  appreciated.

publish html page using flash , upload , swf confirm html page problem.
