RGB to CMYK color transformation

i know rgb cmyk color transformation may not exact. how have difference?

 

i have rgb = (28,97,255) want transform cmyk.

which number should use?

color numbers in terms of color space.

 

ps / edit / color settings / working spaces:  rgb set want, cmyk set want

 

ps / window / color or f6 turn on color picker if it’s not already, or again, if you’ve turned off, click color tab

 

click little arrow-4-bars menu icon @ right of says color , swatches in color-picker , set rgb if not already

 

type in 3 numbers @ end of sliders

 

click little arrow-4-bars menu icon again , set cmyk

 

read converted numbers @ end of sliders

 

set rgb, again, , make sure numbers same, otherwise might have been lost in translation
