Transparent/chromeless doesn't work anymore

i have air application i've developed chromeless , transparent, i've installed on dozen computers various windows versions including windows7 , works fine.

 

now i've installed on new windows7 computer , works neither chromeless nor transparent. it's exact same application.

why ignoring chromeless , transparent settings in xml , hell have work?

 

this urgent.

and on identical computer, same problem.

Upgrade 3.4.8 to 3.5.1 failed "download package failed" - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
