hello everyone, did search on forum, , found many people have had same problem i, mine little different. installed platinum arts sandbox gamemaker ubuntu software center , crashed in middle, after several reboots , attempts @ trying remove it still doesn't let me install/uninstall anything. want install other packages , goes fine until 75%(example) says "applying changes" , shows dpkg gui no content , freezes there. apt-get remove sandboxgamemaker not work error -> "e: dpkg interrupted, must manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' correct problem." apt-get update/upgrade doesn't work update error -> update in end shoes above error. upgrade error -> same error above above. if run command line dpkg --configure -a starts downloading package no longer want plus, freezes @ 3% time. run update manager same, says packages not installed , starts downloading. (freezing in 3%) not want install xubuntu again... can me ...

windows 7, 64-bit, lr4.3, photoshop 13.?   i edit image in lightroom.  open smart object in photoshop.  processing there (half dozen layers adjustments). go lightroom , make change.   i don't see change in photoshop.  so, fun shove temp way 50,000 in case missing it. still don't see change...  don't have pixel-bearing layers other initial smart object.  turned off other layers.   i have auto-update open documents turned on in preferences...   when changes lightroom show in photoshop?  there have in lightroom? you won't see change - because you're editing original file, not version embedded in photoshop document.   to edit smart object, double click on smart object icon. hi, i’ve tried install xubuntu 11.10 on system. installation went smoothly till had reboot system in order finalize installation. booting bios gave no problems, saw boot screen of xubuntu , after few seconds started blinking , saw black screen “command lines” (or boot sequence or how-do-you-call it) , system halted. nothing happened except cursosr whoch blinking. no hard disc activity, nothing. let system way half hour , still nothing happened. system: asus p5kpl-am motherboard intel core2 quad processor q8200 (4m cache, 2.33 ghz, 1333 mhz fsb) nvidia geforce 9500 gt 4 gigabyte memory 1 tb hdd 500 gb hdd 1.5 tb external usb disc hp ephotosmart b110a know problem might be? , there solution problem? many in advance! what last line of boot sequence gets screen before hangs? if ends [ok] mean it's hanging on next item, , might know that is. and, did of items listed fail? might significant...

so before downloaded creative cloud had cs5. when downloaded after effects cs6 application manager, says installed, can't seem find anywhere on computer...     here says installed , up-to-date.       but when go application folder of other software is, cs5 there. don't have issue of others. there need re-install? this happens when application has been removed dragging trash can.  please try running uninstaller located in applications/utilities/adobe installlers , run uninstaller after effects there.
